Toronto uses Boucher’s Bird rights to re-sign him to a deal worth a little more than a full-out exception. It is a fully guaranteed deal, ESPN’s Bobby Marks said on Twitter. Boucher is an athletic, energetic big man who can block shots and limit opponents to 43.9% shots last season. He is an unusual player in many ways, he is 6’9 ″ tall but weighs only 200 pounds.
