Flip phones are a cooler and more affordable way to do flip phones, and after Samsung’s global dominance, Oppo wants a piece of the cake with the Find N2 Flip. Announced in China, the Find N2 Flip is also crucial for global markets, as this will be Oppo’s first foldable smartphone to make an appearance outside of China. not the same for the Find N2. The phone comes in three colors and a familiar design, except for the cover screen, which is noticeably larger than that of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. The Oppo Find N2 Flip is also competitively priced. The base version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage in China costs CNY 6000, which roughly translates to Rs. 71000. The top-end variant with 16GB RAM and 512GB costs around Rs. 83000. These prices are much lower than what Samsung is asking for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in India and global markets. Does this mean Oppo has a winner on its hands?

The biggest feature on the Find N2 Flip is the large 3.6-inch OLED screen. Oppo says it can be used to take selfies from the main camera, display QR codes, check the weather, get notifications and more. Not sure which mobile phone to buy? Talking about cameras, the Find N2 Flip has a dual primary camera system with a 50MP main camera with Sony IMX890 sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. There is a camera inside with a 32MP sensor for selfies. The Find N2 Flip also features a 6.8-inch OLED display with a refresh rate between 1Hz-120Hz and a maximum brightness of 1600 nits. Oppo uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset with UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM. The entire system is powered by a 4300mAh battery that comes with support for 44W fast charging. However, the Oppo flip phone does not have any IP rating for water protection and the phone uses the older Gorilla Glass 5 for its outer cover. Therefore, Samsung still has an advantage here.
