Apple Insider reports that the new watch will come in three sizes, including a new 50.5mm option. This will be slightly larger than the maximum size of the 7 Series, which is currently 45mm. For context, the smallest current Apple Watch has a 41mm display. Apple appears to be pushing for health-focused features on the Apple Watch according to a new report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, who says it will come with body temperature measurement. Rumors suggest that Apple tried to add this sensor to the Series 7, but couldn’t get it to be as accurate as it needed to be. So now he’s set to appear in Series 8. The new sensor isn’t going to be as accurate as a traditional thermometer, but Gurman’s report suggests the sensor is just going to tell people if they have a fever. Others suggest that this technology could also help women know when they are ovulating. Source: Apple Insider, Bloomberg
