Inzone screens clearly fit the style of the PS5, with large stretches of white plastic with curves offset by black lining. The built-in stand is also… let’s say “unique”. A huge center pillar tilts from front to back, adding several inches of depth just behind and in front of the screen. The panel can be moved up and down the ramp, which means that moving it forward also moves it lower and vice versa. If you do not like this, the screens can be used with standard VESA stands and there is some RGB lighting in a strip at the back. The screen is available in two varieties, both 27 inch. The most premium Inzone M9 has 4K and 144 Hz resolution in its IPS panel with a response time of 1ms, while the Inzone M3 comes with standard 1080p and 240Hz. Both include support for Nvidia G-Sync and similar PS5 VRR functionality. Inputs include two HDMI 2.1 ports, a single DisplayPort 1.4, USB-C (no word on power for laptop charging), three standard USB-A ports, and a headphone jack. Monitors can switch between inputs in the usual way, but when connected to a PS5, they will automatically enable HDR tone matching automatically and switch dynamically between movie and game mode depending on content. The Inzone M9 will cost $ 900 when it hits the market, which is a bit expensive, but keeps pace with Sony’s somewhat ambitious market position. The Inzone M3 will cost $ 530. But what if you want your head to have perfect accessories for your PS5 as well? Sony covers you with three headphone designs, the Inzone H9, H7 and H3. The top H9 is wireless with virtual surround sound, noise cancellation and ambient voice detection, features borrowed from Sony’s high-end Bluetooth headset designs. The cartridges include 40mm drivers, 32-hour battery life and physical controls, as well as dual USB 2.4 Ghz and Bluetooth 5.0 audio. They will be very expensive $ 300 when they go on the market. The slightly less enjoyable Inzone H7 has all the same features as the H9, except for noise cancellation, which also increases battery life to 40 hours. It costs $ 230. The wired version of the headset is the H3, also without noise cancellation (and with a black plastic microphone instead of white), with a much more delicious price of $ 100. The Inzone headphones are released to the usual retail suspects on July 7, with the screens coming in a more cloudy time frame “summer 2022”. All of this will be supported by a new package of Inzone Hub drivers and configuration software for Windows on the go.
