Richardson could also finally solve the Spurs’ long-term problem that he could have a strong choice of support for Kane with his previous experience in the Premier League. He has made 152 appearances for Everton since moving from Watford in 2018 for 40 40 million, scoring 53 goals. The forward was instrumental in helping Frank Lampard’s candy avoid a fall last season, as he found the net 11 times and added five more assists in 33 exits last season. Six of those goals were scored in Everton’s last nine games of the season as he finished 16th and four points above the relegation zone. The Spurs have already signed Ivan Perisic (left) from Inter and Yves Bisuma of Brighton (right) Richardson will also hope to impress his new team with the 2022 Qatar World Cup on the horizon with plenty of competition for attacking positions in the Brazilian team. For the Spurs things are going well for the Spurs with another attacking option at Richarlison, a good choice at the full back Perisic, while Bissouma will offer competition to both Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre Emile Hojbjerg. Forster has also been introduced as a supporter of Hugo Lloris, but the Spurs are not finished yet, as they plan to continue making additions this summer to a huge overhaul of the team. Middlesbrough right-back Djed Spence is another player the Spurs are hoping to bring in – with the club in advanced talks to acquire him. Several players are also expected to leave this summer to make way for new arrivals – with Harry Winks, Tangi Dobel and Emerson Royal among those leaving.
