Pat Cipollone Trump White House Counsel Agrees To Testify Before Jan. 6 Committee

The committee issued a subpoena to Mr. Cipollone late last month, setting July 6 as the date for him to appear for a deposition. Mr. Cipollone and his attorney didn’t immediately reply to questions Wednesday about his response to the subpoena or whether he planned to claim that certain interactions with Mr. Trump are protected by privilege as White House counsel.
