Kyrgios was extremely vocal in his opening match at Wimbledon, claiming that his fans were abusive throughout the clash with Jubb. He was compared to the referee on several occasions to ask for action and also questioned the age of the line judges throughout the match. The 27-year-old was also caught spitting at a spectator at the end of the match after his victory over Jubb. Wimbledon has now published the list of fines for the tournament so far and Kyrgios’s name stands out with the highest pay. The Australian will have to pay $ 10,000 (8 8,211) for his problems with 13 others also on the list. Kyrgios’s fine was the largest of the game with Alexander Ritschard being the closest with the 28-year-old being forced to pay 10 4,105.

I would not do that to someone who supported me.” He added: “I have been dealing with hatred and negativity for a long time, so I do not feel I owe anything to this person. “He literally came into the fight not to really support anyone, just to cause disrespect. Fine, but if I give it back to you, it’s just like that.”
