The city had recently seen “behaviour which is regarded by the majority of people as antithetical to the decency and decency that characterizes civilized coexistence,” he said. “Continuing this situation, as well as causing discomfort and anxiety to the population and visitors, could lead to a negative crisis for the quality of life in our city, with consequences for its image and for tourism,” said Coppola .
