Chelsea have already met with former Deco player Rafinha’s agent and are hoping to reach an agreement on personal terms within the next 48 hours to complete a deal, CBS Sports reports. Arsenal have been turned down by Leeds for Rafinha and claim that sources do not rule out an improved second bid for the winger, which could cost up to 65 65m. However, Chelsea are said to be confident that they will reach an agreement, despite the possibility of Arsenal being pirated.
