It seems that the levels of Lake Okanagan have started to rise. As of Sunday, Lake Okanagan was at 342,628 meters. From Monday at 11:25 a.m. the level of the lake fell by one millimeter to 342,627 meters. The lake remains above the full pool (342.48 meters). Data from the BC River forecast Center predicts that inflows into Lake Okanagan are expected to continue to decline. According to Environment Canada, rain is forecast for Tuesday, but it will probably not be enough to significantly affect water levels. Debris along the lake shore should remain in place until water levels recede to protect the shore from erosion. Photo: Madison Erhardt
