Barker and Kardashian had multiple wedding ceremonies over the course of several months.
The Blink-182 drummer recently told fans he was feeling much better after his hospital stay.
His post on Saturday was his first social media update since he secretly tweeted: “God save me” the morning he was rushed to hospital.
In his Insta story, he wrote that his pancreatitis was caused by having a polyp removed “in a very sensitive area” during an endoscopy. Earlier in the week it was reported that his illness was caused by a colonoscopy, which is a type of endoscopy, but Travis did not specify if that was the specific test he underwent.
His wife reposted Travis’ Story and added her own sentiments, thanking God “for healing my husband” after their “scary and emotional week.”

Making moves: Corey Gamble was spotted arriving in the Hamptons on Kim Kardashian’s private jet on Monday
“I went for an endoscopy on Monday and I feel great. But after dinner, I felt excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since,” Travis wrote.
“During the endoscopy, I removed a very small polyp right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe life-threatening pancreatitis.’
The Blink-182 drummer added: “I’m so thankful that with intensive care I’m doing so much better right now,” capping off the message with a praying hands emoji.
Kourtney meanwhile wrote: ‘Oh what a scary and emotional week this has been. Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change. Travis and I went in together for a routine endoscopy and he ended up with severe, life-threatening pancreatitis.’

Grateful: Kardashian wrote: “I am so grateful to God for healing my husband, for all your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support” (pictured May 2022)
She continued: “I am so grateful to God for healing my husband, for all your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. I am so touched and grateful.”
The reality star added, “I am so grateful to our specialists, doctors and nurses at Cedars Sinai for taking such wonderful care of my husband and I during our stay.”
In a subsequent post, she wrote: “It’s crazy how sometimes words could never truly express the gratitude or feelings I have inside.”
The updates come two days after it was claimed Travis was ‘expected to be fine’ after being hospitalized while suffering from pancreatitis, which was then believed to be ‘triggered’ by a recent colonoscopy.

A source told E! that Kourtney was trying to stay positive as she stayed by his side at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
The source added: “He was in a lot of pain yesterday, and he and Kourtney were both really worried. He was to the point where he could barely walk.’
“Kourtney is trying to cheer him up and hates seeing him in excruciating pain,” the source said.
As of Saturday, Barker was still at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, where Kourtney remained by his side.
