The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Juul have agreed to suspend their legal battle while the government reopens its review of the company’s e-cigarettes. The court settlement comes just one day after the FDA placed a temporary hold on the sale of Juul’s products. Juul can now continue to sell its e-cigarettes. A federal appeals court then ruled in Juul’s favor a day later — temporarily blocking the government’s ban.
