Sightings have been reported in St Helena and the 12-year-old has been linked with Liverpool. Cheshire Police fear Thomas may be “being looked after by other young people in the Merseyside area”. Thomas is described as white, about 5 feet tall, with blond hair and was last seen wearing a blue Nike jacket, gray pants and black tracksuit bottoms. Inspector Michael Evans said: “Thomas is a vulnerable young child and we are concerned for his welfare and his family are upset. “I would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen Thomas since he went missing to get in touch.”
