Last season, Boeser had 23 goals in 71 games while averaging 18:36 of ice time per game. In Boeser’s first full season (2017-18), he set a career high with 29 goals and scored 55 points in 62 games. That season Boeser, the 23rd pick in the 2015 NHL Draft, finished second in Calder Trophy voting behind the Islanders’ Mathew Barzal. In 324 career games, Boeser scored 121 goals and scored 256 points. “We are very pleased to have reached a new deal for Brock,” Canucks GM Patrik Allvin said in a statement. “He’s a very talented player and has been an effective scorer throughout his career. We look forward to seeing his game progress over the next few years.
