Officers found a man outside a home on Falsby Way NE, police said. Police say officers were called to the area just before 11 a.m. for reports of shots fired. The man’s death is being treated as suspicious. It’s the second suspicious death in as many days after a man’s body was found in the southwest Upper Mount Royal neighborhood on Sunday, though police say they don’t believe the two deaths are related. Several homes on the street were evacuated and parts of NE 54th Street were closed to traffic. An autopsy will be performed later this week. Investigators were still on the scene Monday afternoon as they interviewed witnesses and searched for security camera footage.
