An Orillia man was busy with local OPP officers on Friday. Police say they were sent in a report about a man who disrupted an operation in downtown Orillia around 5:15 p.m. of 24 June. By the time police arrived, the man had already left the scene. Shortly afterwards, Orillia OPP officers were called to an Atherley Road operation where the same man allegedly stole items before fleeing in a vehicle....
